Job Description

Do you like to provide administrative support to specific projects? Is working in an international company important for you? Our client, a well-known company and leader on its market is looking for a Business process coordinator. The company is located in Waterloo and reachable by car or public transport. Tasks:

 

·         You will provide support to the Regional Technology Europe Team

·         Provide administrative support to specific projects and administrative tools. This includes:

·         Collecting and organizing data

·         Maintaining spreadsheets and internal databases

·         Preparing presentations and reports

·         Follow up of invoices and purchases requests with internal and external parties

·         Prepare and follow up of resource planning and forecasting

·         Prepare and follow up of budgets (ex: yearly and training budget)

·         Perform general administrative duties such as phone coverage, scheduling meetings, completing travel arrangements, expenses reporting, ordering supplies, etc.

Profile:

·         1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative field in a corporate international environment

·         An excellent command of English (both spoken and written). Any other languages are an asset

·         Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

·         Strong working knowledge of MS office

·         Working knowledge of business application such as oracle, change point, ariba is an asset

·         Proactive, stress resistant, autonomous and flexible

·         Well developed sense of responsibility and confidentiality

·         Result oriented

·         Team player and high energy level
