Providing post-sales support by e-mail, for all IRIS's partners and/or end customers by bringing support for the solution of technical problems of every kind (installation, the use and the configuration of I.R.I.S. products ...)
Handle and resolve customer and Partners' questions, issues and complaints according to required SLA (service levels agreements) regarding installation, activation, usage and configuration of I.R.I.S. professional products;
Contribute to the creation, the update and the distribution of accurate knowledge base and FAQ system
Identify and escalate regularly priority issues to your manager and ensure the resolution process to the very end.
After becoming autonomous in giving technical support to customers, you will in cooperation with your colleagues, participate in giving technical training to the IRIS sales teams and customers with the aim of familiarizing them with all IRIS products' range.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent is required
Programming knowledge in Windows (VB .NET, COM, XML)
Excellent knowledge of English and French if based in Louvain-La-Neuve Belgium or of English and German if based in Aachen Germany
Apply analytical thinking to complex projects
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
Team spirit, dedicated and very committed to end-customers and partners
