You are responsible for the daily follow up of all financial operations that are needed to provide the Collecting and Acquiring services to the Merchant. You need:
Handle the day to day financial flows
Make sure the manual issues that are created are processed and attributed within the given SLA
Handle and execute the Treasury requests
Follow up of Debtor accounts
Validate and pre-check operations sent to the financial institutions
Validate received operations
Validate Boarding Requests
Managing the compliance administration (AML requirements)
Handle Dispute requests
Interact with other relevant teams (support, admin, finance)

Fluent in English, Dutch and French any other language (German, Spanish, …) is considered an asset
Experience in a Financial Service environment
