Job Description


As part of the BMS team, the operator is responsible for processing patient data with regards to clinical trials. The processing of Cardiac Safety data includes review of reports for accuracy and completeness based on the study specific guidelines. The operator utilizes multiple software systems while processing data.

This role works closely with the Clinical Project Management team throughout the duration of the study. The operator may be required to handle phone calls, document the follow-up or delegate. The operator will follow study specific distribution methods such as, faxing, e-mailing and/or phone in order to provide reports and alerts. There are various administrative tasks involved in this role.

Good knowledge of English, - any other language is an asset
Accurate with eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Good time management
A medical or pharmaceutical background is a plus
