Job Description

Responsible for all sales and business development for his/her region as set by the sales management
Provide in-depth knowledge of the actual and future opportunities within his/her territory for the e-banking business segment and other verticals
Work closely with sales management to ensure expanding the business in the assigned area and win of all sales opportunities in:e-Banking applications
Large Enterprises applications (Insurance, Brokerage)
Ensure execution of strategic and operational marketing/sales activities building and maintaining the lead generation structure in the territory
Identify new market opportunities and is competent to lead key account executive activities
Work closely with service support & technical account management (TAM)
Provide accurate monthly forecast with opportunities on short, medium and long term
Take ownership, organize and participate at all approved industry events in order to promote our solutions i.e. banking summits, security conferences, etc.
Ensure VASCO brand is well known in the market place
Continuously follow VASCO education programs as well as industry trends, become a VASCO certified professional
Monitor all aspects of sales, from lead to delivery to customer
Assist logistics department to ensure flawless order processing, shipping and timely delivery to customer
Responsible for the overall customer satisfaction in the territory
Assume responsibility of creating a professional work environment; ensure corporate employee compliance

You have a university degree or equivalent
You have 5+ years of experience in account management and direct sales approach
You have a broad market knowledge on internet security and IT solution offerings
You have an extensive network of contacts across the regional banking community or network across large enterprises
You have a positive and professional attitude, show initiative and you are results oriented
You have good presentation skills and you have the capability to exhibit thought leadership in strong authentication, influencing the market
You are an assertive and independent professional and you are able to negotiate successfully with professional buyers at CXO level
You enjoy working in complex sales cycles within fast growing new markets
You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English. Any other language is an asset
You are flexible to travel (up to 80%), sometimes on short notice
