Tasks will include:
Our client, a not-for-profit association active in Europe, is currently looking for an Management & Event Assistant with an excellent level of English, Dutch and French.
Invoicing to members and chasing payments, keeping log up-to-date
Taking care of travel bookings for the 3-4 employees
The assistant will also provide support for the Annual Conference. About 300-350 CEO, CFO and other analysts will be attending and networking.
Checking conference payments + input in system
Chasing sponsors for logos, bios, panelists, etc.
Liaising with two Dutch ladies from the conference organisation
All in all, a varied and interesting role in an international environment for an experienced and independent candidate.
Excellent English, Dutch and French
Background: Bachelor’s degree in Admin or Tourism with experience in an international environment (if possible).
Salary: between 2300 - 3000 gross
DKV (hospitalisation + ambulatory), pension plan, 13th month, participation in commuting to office/home transport.
A temporary contract From June to end December 2016 contract could be extended as the team is expanding as well as taking on a more active role on the market. To be determined.
