Job Description

IT solution supervisor skill level is advanced computer support done by technicians who have several years of experience; they have the knowledge and experience that enables them to perform their job independently and tackle difficult technical projects without or with little supervision.

 Associate's degree and at least five years of direct, on-the-job experience in supporting complex IT solutions with SOA oriented architectures and applications, Linux/Windows Servers, and mobile applications.
Experience with network management and security, (virtual) server management; scripting, application management, Web development.
Broad knowledge of principles of network security (Big IP F5 ASM day-to-day operation); server operating systems (Linux, Windows is a plus); Infrastructure monitoring (Nagios & Splunk); mobile operating system (IOS and Android, Windows is a plus); Web development (PHP or Python); database (MySQL) and Appache configuration and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of WSO2, Network segmentation, PCI DSS and virtualization (VMWare) technologies is a plus.
Able to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent analytical and troubling shooting skills
Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to deal calmly, positively, and professionally in tense or elevated situations and with upset or frustrated customers
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, obtain results, provide solutions for a broad range of technical problems

 Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty (IT) and 5+ years of relevant experience.
