Job Description

Context of the mission 
The department of Health Care  will be facing many challenges the
upcoming year. One of these challenges will be to create, in close collaboration with an
external partner, a new Claims Management System (CMS) allowing our department to
meet & even exceed the client's expectations while working as efficient as possible.
The scope of this new CMS is very broad:
- Management of hospitalization invoices (electronically & paper)
- Management of outpatient care costs
- Management of ambulatory costs
- Corporate & Retail contracts
- ...

You will be part of a team of experienced business architects, analysts and test analysts
and work in close collaboration with several business & IT experts.

Business experience required
Min. 3 years of professional experience in testing
Preliminary experience in Life Insurance (Group Insurance) or Insurance in general:3-5y 
Technical experience required
Preliminary experience with software test methodologies,
tools, bug reporting technics,...
Creation of test strategies, test plans & test scripts
Execution of test scripts in a rigorous way
Experience with automating testscripts would be a plus

Objective of the job 
The objective of the job is:
- to create teststrategies, testscenarios & testscripts in close collaboration with the
business analysts
- to execute the testscripts in a rigorous way with an eye for details
- to report all found bugs in a structured way to the test manager
- to analyse and propose alternative solutions for all found bugs & problems in
close collaboration with the business analysts
- to provide education for the business users in close collaboration with a change
management team

- Looking continuously for improvement of processes and applications
- Informing the concerned parties in a structured and efficient way about the
progress of the tests
- Taking the “service-after-delivery” for your account
