Job Description

Education: Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline

 Experience: At least 10 years IT experience with a minimum of 5 years proven track record of leading successful software development and/or operations teams.
 Professional knowledge and expertise:

 The candidate should have had relevant exposure to the development of highly scalable, resilient and secure software.

 Technical Skills Required:

 Experience of leading and/or managing both waterfall and agile/scrum delivery

Exposure to the development of scalable, resilient and secure software

General awareness of software security

Experience in managing deliveries and maintenance in an SAP environment

Experience in managing 3rd party vendors (non-SAP) providing software as a service


Knowledge of processes in the following domains:

 Procure to Pay

HR Core processes, Time management, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning Management

Exposure to SAP MM, HR , TEM, VIMO and Workflow, integration into other SAP modules

 Professional Skills Required:

 Leadership with a team focus, trust, and respect

Take accountability for delivering results – must be quality oriented

Strong and assertive communication skills, both written and oral. English is essential

Strong time management, planning and organizing

Manage partnerships with teams and customers, locally and across global lines and differing types of communication styles

Adaptability and responsiveness to change
