Description
MISSIONS

Define, maintain, measure and improve IT processes (Run and Change), but with primary focus on the implementation of procedures (“how to”), guidelines, good practices, good example, really used on the fields.
Follow-up the execution of these processes, in order to continuously improve the quality and the efficiency
Streamline & simplify the processes with the Lean methodology to deploy them end-to-end in cross-departments and across entities within the BNPP Paribas Group
Act as a coach , understand the needs and support the organisation on an efficient way.
MAIN ACTIVITIES

The Process expert supports the IT organisation for the pragmatic implementation and the run of the Processes and ensures the coherency within the Quality Management System (QMS).

Familiar with waterfall development (the V-model), the Process expert trains and coaches the practitioners, in particular on software engineering practices (Requirement Management, Architecture, Analysis, Release Management, Configuration Management, Testing, …), Project Management practises, and Application Portfolio Management (maintenance).

The Process expert facilitates process improvement workshops following Lean or other improvement methodologies by identifying quick wins to achieve process compliance.

The Process expert uses general business awareness and strong interpersonal skills; he/she is able to interview key process stakeholders to understand their critical success factors for the processes they are responsible for. He/she analyses existing documentation & data, and process flows to identify pain points and areas of inefficiency and reports monthly to the different governing bodies the relevant KPI’s of his/her processes.


Profile
Experience in large IT organisation
Solid real experience in the software Engineering as it’s important to well understand the activities of the different stakeholders concerned by our IT processes (be a former Project Manager, Asset Manager, Functional analyst, Test manager,…)
Expert having at least 5 years of experience in IT process implementation or another equivalent experience and preferably in the Bank domain
Sound knowledge of IT frameworks (ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000, CMMI, COBIT, Lean) and methodology (agile, UML is a plus)
Good communication, relationship and negotiation skills, having impact (on the level of project management, influencing people, showing vision, etc.).
You are fluent in Dutch or French and you have good English skills (oral and written)
Analytical capacities
Good general knowledge and experience of information technology in large organisations, including technical but also "change" dimensions and adoption of new practices.
Experience with process (re)design and process implementations using a Lean approach
