 As a junior PMO/PSO you will be responsible for (without being limited to):

Excellent organisation, planning skills
Assist business and IT teams in the successful application of project management practices
Provide planning help, counselling and facilitation services to project teams
Provide support to the project management community
Liaising regularly with other teams across the department in order to make sure their scope of activities is correctly understood and reflected into the PMO process management
Participate in studies and analysis of pre-project ideas or “discovery” projects
Solicit and incorporate feedback from business teams for the continuous improvement of the methods and processes promoted by the PMO
Resource planning and allocation

About you

 1-3 years related experience with as PMO/PSO
Strong Interest in PMO and project management
Good command of Office suite and MS Project
Fluency in French and Dutch + good English
Rigorous, focused, strong analytical and organizational skills, autonomous, eager to learn
Solid communication skills, team player

Be passionate and have a great sense of humour is certainly a strong +!

Package to be discussed, depending on experience.
