For one of our clients, a company active in pharma industry we are looking for a Document Specialist.  BE - R and D - Document Specialist - Normal

Job description
The lead specialist is sponsored by the Senior Manager. She / he is responsible for implementing and executing the cross border and data quality review process consistent with the business needs and standards developed by EMEA & Canada COE.  MAJOR TASKS: 

Develop and implementing data quality reviews
to ensure completeness and accuracy of data for transparency reporting. Support the cross border interaction process
in view transparency reporting requirements.  This is not an exhaustive, comprehensive listing of job tasks. May perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager ER&T, EMEA & Canada CoE.  


degree required; advanced degree is preferred Minimum
of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries Minimum of 3 years of experience and
demonstrated leadership in HCC or related compliance function (regulatory, quality, finance, HCC) Cross-functional and/or cross-sector
experience preferred Experience leading in a multi-national
environment preferred  REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Demonstrated quantitative analytical or
statistical skills required Excellent English verbal and written
communication skills, including formal presentation skills. Fluency in additional languages of the region, as appropriate, preferred Ability to successfully manage multiple
critical issues simultaneously Ability to influence, negotiate and
communicate with customers Requires understanding and exposure to
transaction management systems and/or external reporting and transparency activities  COMPETENCIES: Integrity and Credo-based actions

Location: Beerse, with 10 % travel required to Central Western Europe (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, UK);
