Your role

In order to strengthen our Learning Team (Vision by Deloitte), we are looking for a learning project manager to support our growth ambitions.


As a Learning Project Manager you are responsible for the full management of Learning projects, from the kick-off to the development and delivery. You draw up realistic project schedules and keep a keen eye on budget, timing and objectives. You manage the procedures for project validation, determine the deliverables, plan and coordinate the various roll-out and test phases, and guarantee the delivery of the deliverables, in collaboration with the customer. You are the link between the customer, the development team and management. You manage various projects and are responsible for the coordination, supervision and management of one or more small, internal or external project teams.


As a Learning Project Manager you manage 5 to 10 projects simultaneously. In practice you are on the road 1 to 2 days per week. Moreover, you attend meetings with colleagues and customers, give briefings to consultants and members of the development team, and guarantees the timely execution of your projects, within the set scope and budget.


Together with the team you analyze the customer’s existing learning materials and transforms these into a pedagogically powerful, engaging, interactive and varied learning solution. During the entire process you take into account the set learning objectives, the target audiences and the customer’s technical possibilities.

Your current competenties

You have the following skills:

At least 10 years work experience of which 5 in a similar position

A passion for digital learning

Experience with project management

Experience with instructional design and instructional development

Excellent writing skills (knowledge of English and Dutch is required, French is an asset)

Graphical skills are an asset

Experience in a customer oriented job

You have the following personal qualities:

You are mature and demonstrate a great sense of responsibility.

You can work independently, are flexible and social, and have strong communication skills.
