Ensure up to date customer database, ERP system and time registration.
Enter daily orders in respective systems.
Ensure a proper follow-up of backorders.
Prepare small offers and price confirmations to customers and provide feedback to account managers.
Provide support in commercial activities.
Confirm price-and payment agreements to the customers.
Ensure proper communication to customers with regards to price lists, events, trainings, sales actions, brochures, manuals, approval numbers, etc.
Organize customer events and ensure proper communication in this respect to the customers.
Handle incoming calls from customers.
Determine the customers' needs and respond to those needs by answering questions and resolving complaints with first-call resolution in an efficient and productive manner.
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for daily enter of orders and follow up services to clients. The Customer Service Coordinator wo works closely together with the Account Managers.
