As Organizations across the globe continue to invest substantially in new technology, Deloitte has created a specialized Technology Adoption team dedicated to drive adoption and get the most out of technology investments. Technology adoption consultants implement a structured change management approach for Technology projects to ensure that users fully adopt the new technology. By applying analytics-based insights the consultants help organizations manage change, equip employees with the competencies needed to operate new technologies, and ultimately capitalize on their technology investments.



You will advise and support organisations to achieve the full benefits of new technology implementation through change management:


Assess and manage the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change.

Identify and engage stakeholders: conduct stakeholder assessments and set-up engagement plans

Build a communication strategy and manage communications

Identify learning needs and develop a learning strategy, support & facilitate training activities.



You will deliver precise change solutions by gathering insights drawn from analysis of data, interviewing employees, running focus groups and facilitating workshops, managing teams and other stakeholders.




You will contribute to the growth of the practice by contributing to business proposals and presentations, supporting internal team development & learning activities.

Your current competenties

You have passion and experience in guiding organizations through major transformations & realizing sustainable change
Experience in multiple organizational change management skills, including leadership alignment, stakeholder identification and analysis, detailed change impact assessment, end-user training, and developing and executing organizational change management plans
Experience in change management for IT/Technology projects
Experience of contributing to business development, including supporting bids for new technology adoption clients
You are IT-minded and you have a basic understanding of major ERP system implementations and/or cloud-based applications
Data analysis skills and experience in project management
Excellent facilitation and communication skills in English, Dutch & French
You are able to:
Connect industry trends and change concepts with specific challenges a client is facing
Articulate convincing and strong points of view regarding client challenges
Adopt different conversation styles (probe, confront, challenge, etc.) to with client executives allowing meaningful conversations
Conduct behavioral interventions both on team and individual level.
