• Is able to employ pragmatic and effective approaches to UX.

• Is able to creatively approach challenges with limited time and resources.

• Is able to distil key elements of research studies and customer data in a clear and actionable way.

• Is able to implement processes and methodology to ensure an effective approach to increase customer experience on website and mobile applications.




And you have as well …

• A master degree (or equivalent trough experience) in related area such as psychology, human/sociology studies, economics.

• Experience with customer oriented business analysis and reporting (oral and written).

• Experience in user research including lab-based user testing, remote testing, paper prototype testing, iterative prototype testing, concept testing, field research, iterative usability testing especially in Agile environment is a plus but not a must.

• End-to-end experience with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) is a plus.

• Language skills: Bilingual Dutch/French with profound knowledge of the English language.



… then you are our new Digital User Experience Analyst

Your role …

• Define the research objectives, plan and execute research projects. Distill project goals and research questions into well thought-out research/test plans. Offer innovative approaches to research when resources or time is limited. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research questions based on analysis of current knowledge/development, project goals and risks.

• Identify best method or mix of methods based on research questions, timeline and resourcing. Recommend research protocols and develop qualitative and quantitative analysis; leverage web analytics and recommend new metrics when appropriate to improve understanding of web usability effectiveness.

• Manage all related logistics to successfully execute on lab-based user testing, remote testing, paper prototype testing, iterative prototype testing, concept testing, field research etc.

• Perform analysis in an efficient manner and filter out all insightful findings. Translate findings into design/UX recommendations and actions plans to quickly improve web and mobile solutions. Strategize with the UX team and business stakeholders on how to take action on research findings.

• Assist in documenting usability requirements learned through research and testing.

• Help establish research processes within agile environment.

• Help coordinate and facilitate all voice of the customer projects throughout the digital channels department.
