Job Description

Contract set – up;
General follow – up FAQ’s in ticketing system;
Modifying employee statuses and employee files in general;
Close collaboration with the HR Account Management team concerning :
New employees
Absences (maternity, illness, leaves,…)
Dismissals
Close collaboration with the International Mobility team concerning expat documents;
Edit and draft HR documents (social documents, settlement agreements, social security documents, RVA documents);
Prepare Payroll and HR meetings and presentations in order to share best practices;
General administrative follow – up (work permits, bank accounts, paternity leaves, social security);
Perform regular quality checks (SAP, ASSUSOFT);
You report to the Payroll Administration Coordinator and the Compensation and Benefits Manager.

Role

As a Payroll Administrator you continuously share your payroll knowledge towards your internal clients and stakeholders and you will handle the day to day personnel administration via mail, face to face. The following tasks will be part of your daily practice:

Bachelor degree, by preference in Office Managemen
