Job Focus
The GSCPM EMEA Finance team, mainly located in Zaventem, is supporting both the Intercompany Operations and the EMEA Supply Operations teams.
The team is responsible for supporting the operations colleagues in building their budget and reviewing their actuals as well as in answering any finance question/need. The team is as well responsible for the legal entities hosting the international intercompany transactions managed by the ELC teams.
As Financial Analysis Manager - Intercompany Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the worldwide Intercompany Operations teams, including the ELC operations teams and the Logistic Delivery (transportation) teams located in Zaventem.

Role

One direct report Senior Financial analyst Interacts with and builds effective relationships with the Intercompany Operations leadership team and other Pfizer enabling organizations to ensure alignment of financial controls, financial performance, strategic priorities and operational activities Assists the Senior Manager in supporting the GSCPM Intercompany Operations Leadership Team (i.e., second in command) Provide financial guidance and support for budgeting and forecasting for Intercompany Operations Support the budget process: planning, consolidation, support to operations in preparation of presentations, critical analysis in order to ensure the most efficient preparation, provide guidance in terms of GSCPM Finance treatment, coordinate reviews and approval of specific budget changes (volume, …), understand the data and calculation and provide added value feedback, investigate process and files streamlining, prepare with the EMEA Market Logistic Finance lead the Mosaic submission Provide financial and analytical support for strategic projects by developing the business case for various scenarios including network optimization, buy versus lease options, own versus outsource decisions, balancing warehousing and transportation considerations, integration of acquisitions, and divestitures of business units Provide compliance and audit guidance to mitigate risk in financial reporting, order to cash, fixed asset and inventory processes Ensure compliance with Pfizer accounting policies and procedures. Support audit and financial reporting requirements. Provide guidance for SAP/ERP implementations when applicable Provide guidance for restructuring related costs and savings Assist with the preparation of presentation materials for the PGS (Pfizer Global Supply) Operating Plan review and PGS template submission Actively investigate for process improvements and alignments between regions Support the Logistic Delivery Cost Management project and provide meaningful insight Support the SPCR (Supply Point Company Rationalization) project and new set up of the Belgian supply point companies Support the Intercompany Operations Balance Scorecard implementation The Intercompany Operations budget is composed by: The Operating expenses and warehousing of the 3 international distribution centers The Global Intercompany above site leadership teams Operating expenses The Global transportation from the plants to the markets
