Technical Support Specialist (M/F)
Within the Aftersales department you will be part of the technical helpdesk team, responsible for the region Belgium-Luxembourg.

You will be responsible for:

Ensuring the sustainability of the helpdesk to respond to technical requests of our dealers: questions, malfunctions, campaigns, problems of various types through different communication tools (Chat, email, phone).
Go on-site to analyze and determine the causes of problems and find a solution. Provide clear documentation to the technical staff within the Network in order to solve the common problems.
Improve the technical support in cooperation with the parent company at EMEA level through a process of continuous improvement and constant documentation.
You are graduated in auto mechanics and you preferably have experience in a position as a senior technical professional in a dealership or car importer.
Flexibility, autonomy and dynamism are important
Good command of French and Dutch. A written knowledge of English is necessary for the communication with the headquarters.
