Firstly, you will be the single point-of-contact for all client questions about the application. This ranges from simple end-user questions to detailed data analysis, system configuration changes and mass data manipulations.
Secondly, you will be responsible for the organization and performance of tailor-made user trainings at the customer’s site, for the most used features of the application.
Finally, as your knowledge develops, you will be involved in the project startup of new customers within Europe. After conducting an analysis of the clients’ specific needs, you will manage the application setup and analyse the massive amounts of data in order to properly implement a modified solution for the client.

Our client was established in the US 25 years ago and has delivered impressive year-on-year growth during this period. The business develops and operates an EDI application for the Supply Chain / Logistics divisions of international corporate clients, using the Software as a Service (SaaS) approach.
To help grow their European operations (based in Diegem) our client has the need for an Application Support Analyst to support their European clients and business partners.
The position is suitable for candidates with previous experience in a technical support position for EDI applications (such as WMS and VMI).
Some travel within Europe to visit prospects and existing clients will be necessary, in addition to occasional visits to the US HQ.
