Resolve complex system problems within agreed SLA.
* Produce problem reports and works with other technical support personnel
* You will demonstrate a high level of support knowledge of technical systems, and/or assist in the analysis and definition of complex hardware and/or software related problems “on site” or "remote", and retain call ownership throughput problem resolution process on assigned tasks
* Liaise with manufacturers and/or vendors during problem resolution.
* Provide presales technical support to the sales team
In this position, you will be primarily responsible for setting up, monitoring, troubleshooting and maintaining security devices in our customer’s network environments. Duties include providing daily, pro-active systems management of security devices, performing routine audits/reports of security platform, policies and procedures.
Other duties include assisting in the planning of network device security upgrades/modifications; implementing of security devices upgrades/modifications; firewall policy modification; recommending and enforcing policy; developing internal procedures and documentation; VPN and SSL remote access provisioning; firewall troubleshooting ; review and recommend network architecture changes; review and recommend security solutions.
