Job Description

1) Troubleshooting Experience Genesys 8.0 and higher Environment (Framework,Routing,Reporting,GVP/IVR,Outbound,Multi-channel Applications)


3) Working experience in UNIX/Linux SQL,Shell Scripting, Oracle Avaya
1) Working experience on Avaya S8xx Enterprise Servers,
2) Avaya CMS Supervisor and related Routing and reporting applications

4) Experience on ISDN Trunk troubleshooting

5) Experience on SIP Servers/SIP Trunk/IMS gateways
1.Experience in Genesys and Avaya support
2.Call Centre support experience
3.Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
4.Experience SIP Servers and SIP-Trunking

Incident and Problem management skills
1.Unix and Sql Queries

Knowledge on XML,VXML,PHP,HTML,Web Server applications.
