Business Process Framework Manager (BPFM) Telecoms

We have an immediate need for a Business Process Framework Manager (BPFM) to transform the Company in the management of their Projects and Business processes within a telecoms OSS/BSS environment.

The business is looking to move to a project driven by business process approach and more functional business process approach.

The main duties of the Business Process Framework Manager (BPFM) is to define and validate the Business Process Framework with key stakeholders involved in the definition and execution of the business processes and embed the business processes into the organisation.
Other duties include:
* Business Process (BP) map to be used
* BP boundaries
* Methodology to facilitate Business process modelling and Re-Engineering
* Business Process (BP) map to be used

* Methodology to facilitate Business process modelling and Re-Engineering
* Roadmap of Business Process Management framework construction, validation and implementation

Experience required:
Our ideal candidate will have very good Design, leadership skills and a strong vision to influence others to adopt and champion the new processes.
At least 5-7 year's experience in Telco industry on business analysis or business process analysis management
Proven experience in organizational change management
Strong competence on enterprise level process modelling. Competence on eTOM is a plus
Business Process Modeling (BPM), Business Analyst (BA) or Lean/Six Sigma Certification i
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all level of management in English and French.
