Job Description


Your challenge

* Technical functions

* Provide centralised live Audio/Video support during event

* Setup conferences as prepared by an administrator

* VIP Support

* Prepare on-site meeting facilities

* Resolve hardware related issues

* Hardware maintenance on scheduled and proactive basis

* Development functions

* Analyse recurring patterns for automation

* Audio/Video-related administration

* Communication (mail and phone) required to complete administration

* Help to manage information & request flow

* Help to manage equipment stock

Your profile

* Audio/Video or IT related background (Mandatory)

* Team-player, dynamic and pro-active

* Stress-resistant

* Autodidact and eager to invest in the Audio/Video domain

* Analytical minded

* Very good verbal and good written command of English. French is an asset.

* Flexibility and customer-oriented

* Very communicative with diplomacy and patience

* Quickly assimilates new work methods

* Precision and accuracy

Job related specificities:

In function of the requirements, working hours in two shifts : 8-17 or 9-18 with occasional weekend work (6 times a year MAX) and occasional missions in Luxemburg ( 4 or 5 times per year) and the planning of absences has to be agreed according to the Video Conference -agenda and together with the other team-members.
