Digital Sales & Services Manager

Introduction

Description
Your role …
-contributing to the realization of the integrated distribution model for all business clients of ING Belgium (click, call and face)
-contributing to online sales and self service growth, by translating the strategic and tactical roadmap into commercial targets for all segments (Retail, Private Banking and Business)
-translating and realising the online strategy, in line with the overall ING strategy
-working in close collaboration with the internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales & Product Management)
-detecting long term commercial opportunities and short term quick wins
-performing competitive benchmarking in order to identify possible new functionalities and improvements for the user experience
-become an “online expert” and deliver an online expertise, with regards to stakeholders at middle and senior management level
-correctly executing the roadmap projects
-acting as business owner to ensure correct implementation within the direct channels
-focus on: sales leads, alignment with best practices, and first time right delivery
Profile

Are you also someone who is …
-independent and able to work autonomously
-determined and able to influence stakeholders at middle and senior management level
-commercial, with good feeling for online
-a strong negotiator
-stress resistant and able to work in a cross-functional environment

And you have as well …
-a master degree (economics, commercial, MBA, marketing)
-at least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in sales, online, project-management and/or the financial sector
-a significant experience in developing a clear strategy and vision about the commercial evolution of our direct channels based on facts, in combination with project-management skills
-a good knowledge of the online environment and our clients in the banking sector
-an excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English
