Job Description

The ideal candidate would be a dynamic person able to quickly adapt to a multicultural environment and willing to learn and improve its knowledge and experience in the relevant fields. A previous experience in a service desk as support agent will be appreciated.
The Support Agent will be the first point of contact for multiple applications. The role of the support agent is to be the point of contact between the end user, the development team and the management. His/her primary role will be to manage issues of multiple web based applications according to ITIL best practices and processes.
