Coordinate and implement multiple Talent projects with a short term focus on (1) implementation of change projects and (2) the standardization and optimization of the processes
Plan your projects and daily operations in partnership with all stakeholders as well as coordinate the translation into the operational implementation of new HR tools
Contribute to the development, integration and roll-out of Talent projects in order to deliver optimal and efficient HR services to the business and facilitate the accompanying change projects
Solve and follow up on issues to ensure that the best possible service can be offered to internal customers (internal employees) in close cooperation with the HR Account teams
Advise stakeholders based upon own credibility and expertise by adopting a customer oriented attitude
Support others by acting as an example within your job and supporting them as a mentor (showing best practices on how to approach tasks and offer help where necessary and help them cope with difficulties)
Act as an internal specialist towards the line management. Continuously follow up on the most recent developments and tendencies in the area of Talent in order to maximize expert knowledge.
