Information Management Software’s
Liaise with the Account Manager / Business Consultant / Business Process Consultant in planning core product and / or solutions projects for the customer.
Provide project management services in relation to new business tenders & proposals, as required; Provide support for pre sales appointments, where applicable; Provide risk management assessment for as well Canon as the customer.
Manage chargeable consultancy projects for customers, including the co-ordination of appropriate project resources (Solution Consultants, Integrators, System Engineers…).
Create and take responsibility for all project documentation including project plans, deployment plans, project processes and reports.
Produce management information and reports regarding progress, quality assurance, resources and risks.
Enhance and develop governance framework and procedures including Project Lifecycle.
Work closely with your colleague’s on project set up and initiation to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales phase to deployment phase.
Ensure the Account Manager is updated on project status and customer issues.
Manage effectively the handover of the customer’s project to the Services business.
Guide and coach Canon personnel on appropriate project management methods, tools and best practices.
Obtain feedback from the customer to continually improve the Canon project management offering and project implementation processes
Work closely with Canon Operations to ensure ordering and billing processes meet customer expectationsand to optimize the PDI & logistics for the running project.
Work with other vendors to ensure efficient decommissioning on contract change.
You have a Master degree (or equivalent by experience)
You have minimum 5 years’ experience in project management with a demonstrable experience of full project lifecycle.
Good working business knowledge of Managed Print Services and Information management industry is a plus.
Certification in project management (PRINCE2 or equivalent)
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English. Highly motivated, process oriented, and self-directed.
Comfortable with demanding deadlines, good planning, time management and scheduling skills. Focus on quality, pragmatic, task-orientated attitude.
Strong problem solving skills and able to make a good decision in a timely manner.
Must be proficient in Microsoft; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
