Job Description

This is a client facing role, working for a high profile customer providing a fully outsourced Managed Service. Based in Antwerp, they are looking for an engineer who is bi-lingual (German & English) and can deliver high quality 2nd & some 3rd Line support, contributing to 3rd Line project work where required. The successful engineer will have a pragmatic approach to fault diagnosis, problem solving, customer service and relationship management. This role is predominately office based, but some travel may be necessary to local client sites.

Reporting to the aligned Client Services Director, ensuring that the team execute all contractual commitments by providing an outstanding service.

* CANDIDATES MUST BE BI-LINGUAL (GERMAN & ENGLISH) & HAVE A FULL DRIVING LICENSE.*

Blackberry Enterprise Server (5.0)
Server hardware - Dell
Symantec Backup Exec (2010)
Citrix Xenapp - Basic Administration
Working knowledge of International Standards - ISO 9001, 20,000, 27,001 etc...
