Plan, organize, manage and control activities and resources under his/her supervision, develop teams to establish initiatives for continuous improvement procedures, by developing directives for internal customers. Counsel, train and coach other managers and their teams in matters regarding continuous improvement within Customer Care, procedural evaluations and problem solving.
• Define and create adequate tools and monitor indicators to ensure the completion of mandates assigned. Host multidisciplinary workgroups.
• Develop procedural statistic controls in order to optimize procedures.
• Support and participate in instituting all necessary actions to meet established and required quality standard demands
The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for leading the continuous improvement initiatives by supporting the customer service team, through his expertise in continuous improvement. The incumbent leads the development and implementation of a continuous improvement culture that will constantly improve all processes and services within the Customer Care department. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for the processes and systems optimization. Oversees improvement projects by supporting the customer service team in their actionable outcomes and attainable goals
