Description:


Our client is a well known educational facility. Besides master classes and management courses, they provide their business partners with their expertise in different domains. For one of their most recent knowledge center for Mergers, Acquisitions and Buyouts, they are looking for a Coördinator with following opportunities:

 

Active business development for this new-born Center:

maintain relationships with existing partners
attract new (international) partners/members
Create value by developing new activities
Active communication with the outside world
Organisation and coordination of the Centre and its events/conferences/new programs in this field:
Responsible for budget & profitability of the center
Act as a go-between with faculty, business partners, back office...
Practical organisation with back office support
Spar on content of research & the content build-up of conferences
Facilitate the high-quality delivery of programmes and events you have designed or which are currently being implemented
Conduct applied research in collaboration with faculty and other researchers. This includes more specifically:
Conducting yearly M&A monitor
Developing case studies
Writing reports and press releases
 

Profile:


You have a Master degree and affinity with the topic of mergers, acquisitions and buyouts

You have around 5 years of relevant work experience

You have a strong interest in connecting with the business world and proven BtoB sales ability

An entrepreneurial mind-set: the ability to proactively identify and realise new business opportunities, to challenge the status and to multi-task

You have good analytical skills

You are fluent in English

You can work autonomously but you are also a good team player

You have a proactive attitude

You have good writing and computing skills

Located in either campus Brussels or Ghent
