Advice & Executive Search is a highly professional recruitment company based in Brussels. We recruit national and international IT and telecom related functions for major clients mostly leaders in their activity.
The ICT Manager runs the IT department and reports directly to the Director General.
The ICT Manager is responsible for delivering a set of quality IT services to all stakeholders and lead IT projects that accompany the strategic development of the organization.
Strategy: you propose an IT master plan, ensuring the implementation and updating.
Architecture: you oversee the alignment and coherence between the different actors (business, application, infrastructure) in a global and sustainable architectural vision.
Budget: you manage the investment and operating budgets in information technology (development and monitoring).
Human Resources: you manage the employees of the IT department: recruitment, evaluation, animation, skills and training management.
Suppliers: you manage the supply contracts of Goods and Services. You oversee the preparation and award of contracts, evaluation of suppliers, and the reception.
Quality System: you record your management in a system that ensures proper operation and quality level of service; in this context, you have the responsibility to operationalize methodological standards tailored to the needs and size of the organization.
Project Management: you coordinate with the architect and the head of “Quality, Organization and BI” to ensure monitoring of the project portfolio. You allocate available resources to the advancement of projects based on the strategic priorities and ensures compliance with deadlines.

Technical knowledge: Good knowledge of and experience in the “world” of development (Web development, CRM Microsoft, sharepoint,…) / General knowledge of the infrastructure world
