Job Description

The Project Manager is an integral part of the Professional Services & Support Team at CribMaster. This person will own multiple simultaneous projects/orders and will manage and coordinate with the Distributor or End-Customer in order to ensure the successful deployment. The PM will focus on RFID projects of a more lengthy and complex nature, but to offset the attention to detail, they will also manage other types of projects. The PM holds a strong relationship with various internal teams such as, Build Center (FR), Sales Area Managers (EU), Development team (US), Installation Engineers (EU), Customer Services (BE) as well as being the SPOC for the Distributor/Customer.


Project preparation phase o Understands various deployment options of CribMaster products and ensures these are utilized to fulfill client workflows and needs o Verify all configurations of machines are correct with the Customer, Build Center and Customer Services Team. Prepare all software and hardware to be used for customer site installation with other teams support o Ensure all data has been scrubbed and imported into the customers database o Confirm all checkpoints are successfully completed o Develops detailed project plans with consensus of resources o Documenting and visualising project status, key issues and risks and resolution as required o Attends internal debrief meetings and leads the projects as of that moment · Installation or deployment phase o Builds schedule for on-site installations based on the purchase and time allowance o Leads the project coordinating deliveries, on-site resources, deployment schedule o Completes detailed checklists and follows detailed procedures to track the installation o Ensures all implementation documents are updated and logged for each client, then updated within o Develops solutions and educates clients in various stages of product implementation o Develops appropriate checkpoints and quality gates to ensure quality of delivery o Conducts project audits to reflect upon projects and indicate areas for improvement (and sustainment) · Additional tasks o Supports, when necessary, the Technical Support Team (call center) for any incoming calls and customer needs o Travel from time to time, mainly to France (2-3 times/ year) o Participate in project and program improvement internal reviews (In collaboration with other internal teams: Build Center, Product Development, Installation Engineers, etc.) providing guidance and assistance to maximize performance and customer satisfaction o Provides reports to management on overall program status
