Head of Intranet Management
Description
You are responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the BNP Paribas Fortis intranet, Echonet, as well as the future implementation of the new service, EchoneXt. You focus on the overall visual design, site navigation and site strategy. Ensuring your work meets every need, you collaborate with key stakeholders. They may be at the BNP Paribas Group level, or at different business and function levels in Belgium. You introduce users to the software and train them to ensure they make the most of it. You always keep a sharp eye on the underlying technology. 

Your tasks relating to intranet management are full of variation:

You follow-up Echonet to ensure peak performance. You also assist in the implementation of the new EchoneXt intranet project, performing all necessary alignment and local adaptations.
You work closely with key users from BNP Paribas Fortis businesses and functions to understand their needs. You involve them in planning and problem solving.
You set up and maintain an EchoneXt Support Centre. 
You monitor site analytics. You then share what you learn, as well as your own expert insights, in reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
You manage Echonet contribution and viewing groups.
You advise on management of Echonet. Your recommendations are based on facts you discover by following up global trends in intranet management, contacts with other companies and the expertise and insight you develop on the subject.
You coordinate and follow up the migration processes.
You animate, motivate and stimulate everyone who contributes to the Belgian Echonet.
Your responsibilities also extend to the management, development and evolution of a number of other specific communication tools: 

Your perspective extends further than the intranet. You develop other internal communication tools such as phonebooks, small announcements, screensavers and internal communication planning tools to name but a few.
You prepare and attend to SteerCo assets.
You create dashboards and draft reports based on internal communication planning tools. 
You follow up global market trends in internal communication tools.
You make vital contributions to the Digital Working project:

You liaise with the Digital Working program team on communication tool-related subjects.
You manage all technical aspects of the project linked to communications. They include the integration with communication tools (Echonet, Dixit Today, etc.) and the integration of flows from business places into Echonet, Dixit Today and other communication tools.


Profile
You have experience managing projects. 
Your experience includes the management and implementation of intranets, internal communication tools and/or collaborative software.
You have a good understanding of the potential impact and expectations of new social tools on leadership and innovation.
You have a strong affinity with different aspects of IT or a basic understanding of the components involved in the most common web technology (HTML, CSS, Java script).
