Job Description


Your challenge

* Service delivery management accordingly to contractual obligations and customer expectations

* Contract administration to provide formal governance throughout lifecycle of contract

* Build customer intimacy by ensuring customer business understanding and knowledge through multilevel relationships

* Develop Continuous Service Improvement Initiatives to increase customer satisfaction, reduce churn and increase business opportunities

* Support other sales team/partners to provide quotations and facilitate the admin work for new or modification for CMC orders

* Support Sales in pre-sales/renewal

* Support the revenue retention and help the business to increase the business in existing customers using the knowledge of the customer requirements and needs by anticipating to the customer with business proposals

* Ensure that all processes are followed properly in the delivery end to end process in order to get profitable business and get revenues in time according to services provided

Your profile

* Autonomous delivery of ICT Service Management activities contracted by the customer underpinned by ITIL capabilities, specific tools and complementary resources from other areas and partners

* Ensure that the service is being delivered end to end against contractual obligation, to the required level of performance and quality

* Analyse service performance and proactively seek improvements in-line with the changing business requirements. Own and drive continuous service improvements to constantly enhance the customers experience

* Maintain contract governance and P&L management of the customer. Increase profitability by taking active action to optimize cost structure

* Monitor contract performance, agree on reporting format and metrics and prepare reports a regular basis (e.g. cash flow and define accruals/deferrals)

* Build relationships of trust and respect with key customer stakeholders providing the basis for success; proactively look for ways to expand and improve the relationship wherever possible

* Implement and maintain a governance model to manage an assigned customer throughout the lifecycle of the contract

* Be the central point of contact for the customer, act as their advocate and influence Getronics’ organisation on their behalf
