Job Description

For the Business Unit Starches and Sweeteners, Cargill is currently recruiting two Supply Chain Project Analysts.


The Supply Chain Project Analyst is accountable for delivering results regarding end-to-end supply chain project. The purpose of the project is to deploy fundamental supply chain practices across Starches and Sweeteners locations and strengthen supply chain architecture.


The project will mainly focus on stock related problematics (MTO, EOQ…) but not limited to it.

Role

Project Leadership •Leading periodic project reviews utilizing a thorough knowledge of the project delivery process •Involving and guiding project team to achieve target in terms of performance, time and costs •Identifying, recommending and implementing project management best practices Project Planning& Execution •Defining project objectives and scope •Developing the Integrated Project Plan for projects with high cost and risk •Leading the execution of projects •Acting as partner for managers to coach underwriters and other staff as necessary in order to bridge specific knowledge or skills gaps through individual development plans Project Control •Regularly measures and monitors project progress to identify variances from the plan and make needed corrections for projects with high cost and risk •Contains and resolves issues within the project that do not require Project Sponsor attention Business Results •Analysing business cases of new supply chain scenarios and supporting implementation of new parameters and processes •Providing the Project Sponsor and stakeholders with a status of the project and reporting issues and threats (if necessary) •Developing efficient collaboration with business to ensure product is successfully implemented •Ensuring successful completion of all project phases and closure of all aspects of the project Change Leadership •Supporting in design of new E2E sales and operations planning •Identifying and enabling changes agents •Leading business level transformations •Providing mentorship, coaching and development for team members and functional leads •Building change capability within the business and manages constructive conflict related to the change efforts •Identifying, evaluating, and managing risks to the business relating to change •Participating in the evaluation of emerging training issues and makes recommendations to enhance or create new training programs •Providing support in development of training recommendations to address specific business initiatives
