Team / Division Description

Dynamic, multi-skilled team responsible for the execution of Toyota’s Global warranty policy in Europe, between all stakeholders [end customer, authorized repairer, distributor, head office (TME), Toyota’s Global manufacturing plants and our Parts & Component Suppliers].

Your Responsibilities

- You will be introduced to Toyota’s Warranty Policy and how it is applied by the different stakeholders, after which you will gain responsibility to review and asses warranty claims
- Gradually you will be involved in the management of the team’s workload and priorities. 
- Being responsible for the implementation of warranty policy & processing in the market you will be involved in the training of distributor warranty staff (organized once a year)
- Considering that monitoring of our network is one of our main tasks, travel to Distributors and dealers might take up to 10% of your time.
- Operating in a headquarter will require reporting of your activities to the company’s top management on a regular basis
- In order to support you in working in this challenging environment we offer extended training programs through HR and through a variety of internal training modules

Your Profile

- Bachelor or Master studies, preferably with an Automotive Engineering background
- You have 2 to 5 years experience working in the After Sales organization of an automotive company or equivalent.
- You have an understanding of the technology & repair procedures performed on motor vehicles and you have more than basic knowledge of dealer operations.
- Mind-set: Logical, critical, objective, fact-driven, eager to learn, self starter taking initiative
- Assertive, firm but diplomatic attitude and good communication skills
- Computer skills: Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint proficiency. Data analysis skills using standard MS tools or specialized query tools is an asset
- Proficiency in English, other languages are a plus
- Willing to travel up to 10% within Europe
- Driving license is a plus
