In this exiting function you will set-up and implement cross-unit projects within the Ground Handling department in order to facilitate improvements and optimize operational processes and to improve service to customers while keeping costs and social tensions under control.
Your activities covers Project, Process and Information Management
-Analyse the clients’/business needs, problems and project requests in order to be able to understand the question of the business in detail, set priorities and support the business in choices regarding the project
-Develop a project plan and/or business case and related budgets, based on the outcome of analyses made
-Lead/manage and ensure the execution of projects and related changes. Execute all necessary transfer activities to the business in order to guarantee a successful implementation.
-Report on project (budget) progress made, results achieved and forecasts made to management and contributed parties. Ensure the availability of mandatory documents.
-Initiate, maintain and extend relations and create buy-in with relevant internal and external stakeholders
-Be the expert in process modelling and operations management software. Have a helicopter view over the business/operations
-Develop, implement and maintain planning systems and instruments
-Propose and follow-up improvements to ERP software
-Assist the Commercial Department in operational cost calculations.
-Master; industrial or civil engineer, commercial engineer, applied economics
-2-3 years experience in process engineering or business consultancy
-Project management competence (Excellent communication, Strong analytical-Leadership-Change management
-Knowledge of lean principles, optimization techniques
-Able to write business cases, think from a financial point of view
