Job Description

Minimum 5 years experience in insurance environment /finance and/or 5 years in audit, consulting, control or risk management
Bilingual French/English, Dutch or German is an asset
Knowledge of the Assistance business lines
Ability to understand the strategic vision of the company and to connect with the activity
Have a curiosity in all aspects of internal control
Good communication and listening skills/ability to convince
Show diplomacy, confidentiality, ethics, integrity, objectivity and rigor
Know how to take initiatives and be proactive
Know how to summarize and communicate information

Document and update the methodology of identification and evaluation of the risks of AXA Assistance within the entities
Coordinate the risk assessment process within the entities and with the central function
Check the consistency of the results with the results of the risks assessment performed by the other control functions (compliance, BCP, IT/IS)
Consolidate the results of the risk assessment of AXA Assistance and highlight the major risks and analyze them
Make sure of the validation of the final Top risk by the appropriate governance body
     To quantify the capital charge related to the operational risks

make sure that there is a responsible in charge of the action plan coordination for each risk
Ensure the consistency of each action plan and the timelines for an adequate follow-up
Organize the meetings with risk owners and stakeholders of the implementation of the action plan
Summarize the progress status of the action plan and explain all the delayed or change reported
Report to the Group on a quarterly basis the situation of the action plan
             To update a global dashboard of the majors AXA Assistance risks

Summarize the main risks within a risk dashboard
Explain all the variation of the risk profile
Alert the manager in case of non-respect of the deadlines
Set-up and update the Key risk indicators

 To coordinate the analysis of the major incidents and lessons learnt
