Job Description

Areas of responsibility:

Project Management: act as project manager, overseeing and supporting various projects and work with counterparts in all Laurelton locations to create and execute project plans and schedules.
Process Documentation: use Dozuki as a platform to review and implement an effective documentation process specific to Laurelton Production Systems and IT (rough to distribution).
Change Management: act as a main point of contact for process flow and report changes, and provide change support. Implement and oversee execution of change actions.
Process Optimization: partnership with technical experts within the network to define, design and implement process optimization initiatives, ensuring processes operate efficiently and maximize throughput.
Metrics & Reporting: oversee and manage sub-process reports, do 6-sigma work, and recommend business actions based on tools and report findings.
Health & Safety: secure that in all procedures and work instructions the Health & Safety guidelines are included and embedded on the factory floor.

Hgher education degree in Engineering, Business or Production Management or equivalent by experience.
5-7 years business experience in Process Engineering in a production or engineering environment.
First experience in leading a team and managing direct reports.
Background in procedural based manufacturing or industrial engineering is desired.
Interested in working in a technical-production diamond environment. Previous experience in diamond manufacturing is an asset, but not required.
Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma and project management.
Ability to collaborate productively and implement change across diverse geographies and operating cultures.
Strong interpersonal skills. Experience of working in a matrix environment and manage complex stakeholder relationships at all levels within the organization is an advantage.
Highly organized, detail and result oriented with proven ability to manage multiple priorities. Proven analytical skills and a strong process mindset.
Excellent teamwork and comunication skills. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Highly skilled with computer programs: MS Office and document management applications.
Good working knowledge of Health & Safety standards.
Location: Antwerp, Belgium. Ability and willingness to travel to all Laurelton locations to meet business needs.
