Avaya and Genesys Technical Expert

An Avaya and Genesys Technical Expert is urgently required for an ASAP start with a major client in Brussels, Belgium.

The Avaya and Genesys Technical Expert will have the following skills and experience -
•Troubleshooting experience - Genesys 8.0 and higher Environment (Framework, Routing, Reporting, GVP/IVR, Outbound, Multi-channel Applications)
•Working experience in UNIX/Linux SQL,Shell Scripting, Oracle Avaya
•Working experience on Avaya S8xx Enterprise Servers,
•Avaya CMS Supervisor and related Routing and reporting applications
•ISDN Trunk troubleshooting
•SIP Servers/SIP Trunk/IMS gateways

The Avaya Genesys Technical Expert will be responsible for the following -
•Able to provide infra support (Genesys & Avaya)
•Good Application troubleshooting/Debugging skills
•Monitor and work on incidents
•Flexible to do - after hours support if needed
