Take ownership of customer orders from order receipt to invoice and you proactively solicit and process customer orders.Control all billing and delivery of the payment process within SAP to agreed timescales.
Communicate product-, order-, customer- and process related information in a timely manner to internal and external parties.
Prepare and maintain the customer master data in all relevant systems to enable an efficient execution of the order to cash process.
Receive, monitor and follow up of forecast and actual customer data to ensure accurate supply chain planning processes.
Do the follow up of customer complaints and actively notify the customer of the status in order to keep track of opportunities to improve processes and to avoid repetition of similar non-conforming events.
As the Customer Service Representative you will work to protect and enhance internal and external customer relationships by being the link between customers, account/sales managers, the supply chain and other functions taking full accountability for customer orders.
