Job Description

Within the GES department, you will be part of a client service team dedicated to one or more major client accounts;

You will be responsible for timely data collection from clients and employees;

You will provide administrative support to the client team;

You will initiate and coordinate different projects and processes within strict agreed deadlines as agreed with the client;

You ensure mailbox management and keep databases up to date and track of deadlines;

You also will be involved in delivering basic process related compliance tasks;

You will be the primary point of contact for your peers at the client to ensure a smooth follow up on information gathering, communication on status reports,…;

You will steer and work together with Deloitte colleagues in other offices around the world;

You will assist the client service team with the financial management of the client account including timely preparation of billing details and review/follow up of subcontractor invoices.

Your current competenties

You have a degree in office management, or a comparable background.  2-3 years of experience in a similar position is an asset;

You are able to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of autonomy while acting as a team player;

You work accurately and precise;

You are process minded and possess great project management skills;

You are very skilled in the use of a large variety of computer applications (including excel);

You like to work with numbers;

You have excellent communication skills;

You have a fluent language skills in Dutch, French and English;

You have an open, enthusiastic and flexible mindset.
