Our client is an internationally renowned lifestyle/jeanswear brand synonymous with great fit and quality. Due to growth on their B2C website they are now looking for a strategic, trade focused eCommerce Manager to join their team based in Belgium.
This will be a consumer centric role with focus on optimising end to end user experience, trade and ensuring the website constantly delivers an 'on brand' shopping journey with a clear USP. Understanding how consumers shop across channels enables you to identify how to create a seamless shopping and after sales experience.
This role reports directly into the VP of digital and will provide great career development and ownership of a high turnover, large volume website.
•Coordination and implementation of E-commerce season set-up and maintenance of products
•Manage all financial aspects including sales goals and budgets
•Being the connection to different functions within the EMEA team including Sales, Marketing, Forecasting & Planning and Merchandising
•Strategically align with global partners to for seasonal and monthly site activities ensuring development and delivered on time.
•Build actionable strategies for both short and long term growth with an agile outlook using tactical and strategic skills
•Work with teams to develop a successful trading calendar to ensure all DTC campaigns are in line with market trends. This will be recognised through the delivery of like for like sales and weekly margin targets that reflect key seasonality and events
•Focus on testing, debugging and maintenance of site activities as well as enhancements.
Desired Skills and Experience
•Strong communication and relationship building skills
•Able to translate business logic into a functional specification.
•Min 5 years' experience in E-commerce
•Fluent in English, spoken and written
