Business Analyst for HR and Finance Domains!
This multinational has grown rapidly, employing more than 25,000 people in less than 30 years. Their activities are spread out globally and the IT-team is organised in the same manner. As they continue to expand there's a need for a new Business Analyst for the domains of finance and HR.
As a Business Analist you will be the primary liaison for the key users up to VP level in Europe, for the finance and HR business domains. Your role is to stay in touch with the corporate functions in these domains, to detect and go to the core of business needs, to define those needs and to help define projects to answer to those needs. Once a project is initiated you follow up that its set up is successful. You remain the SPOC for your business clients throughout the project should there be any hick ups.
You have a Master degree.
You have at least a few years of experience in Business Analysis in an international context.
You have good knowledge of finance and/or HR processes.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TMS is a plus.
You speak fluent English, other languages are a plus.
Experience in SAP is a big plus.
You are independent and a strong communicator. You can work closely with all levels of the organisation.
You have strong analytical skills.
You are flexible to do short trips to other plants within Europe on a regular basis.
