Job Description

Toyota Motor Europe (TME) is currently preparing an upgrade of their current HR system
PeopleSoft 8.9 to the latest version (PeopleSoft 9.2)
To support this rollout at the Brussels based Head office at a first phase and at the TME
affiliates across Europe later on, the HR function is looking for a (Sr.) Specialist to strengthen
the HRIS team.

Support the deployment of new HR technology in TME
- Assist the HR Expert teams in identifying the requirements with respect to PeopleSoft 9.2.
- Actively participate in workshops to setup the new HCM system
- Anticipate potential issues and research solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation and deliver end-user training and support.
- Perform data mapping and prepare data conversion as needed
- Assists HR Expert teams with creating and executing the test plans.
- Ensure data integrity by auditing the HRIS system, identifying areas of opportunity and implementing system changes to improve overall data quality.
- Writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of HR related reports using appropriate reporting tools
- Effectively communicate verbally and in writing within both HR Expert and IT project teams.
- Reviews upgrade releases from software vendor, and assists with determining impact for existing processes.
