Job Description

Within the GES department, you will be part of a client service team dedicated to one or more major client accounts;

•You will be responsible for timely data collection from clients and employees;

•You will provide administrative support to the client team;

•You will initiate and coordinate different projects and processes within strict agreed deadlines as agreed with the client;

•You ensure mailbox management and keep databases up to date and track of deadlines;

•You also will be involved in delivering basic process related compliance tasks;

•You will be the primary point of contact for your peers at the client to ensure a smooth follow up on information gathering, communication on status reports,…;

•You will steer and work together with Deloitte colleagues in other offices around the world;

•You will assist the client service team with the financial management of the client account including timely preparation of billing details and review/follow up of subcontractor invoices
