Are you looking for…

a position in which you are responsible for the configuration and development of workflows and service requests in our ServiceNow workflowtool, in close collaboration with process owners and end users, as well as the maintenance and configuration of the ServiceNow instance, within the environment op Product Management and Client Services?

Your role …

• Assist in preparing requirement specifications and design of the flows

• Plan and perform development, operation and maintenance tasks on the ServiceNow service management tool set

• Complete programming/design assignments in a timely manner ensuring that solution is properly tested before deploying to a production environment

• Facilitate and test all system updates and configuration changes

• Provide the necessary reporting

• Provide recommendations for process improvement within and through the Service-Now tool

• Train users in the usage of the tool

• documentation and knowledge management: ensure that the applicative documentation is up to date; making sure that sufficient knowledge of the application is available in the team

• Ensure configuration consistency across development, test and production environments

• Overall administration of the Service Now instance

And do you also have …

• a degree in information technology, or equivalent through experience

• experience in managing an application, for example through the role of application administrator or technical analyst

• experience in managing an application using JAVA script

• knowledge of the service management tool ServiceNow (considered as an important advantage)

• an excellent written and spoken knowledge of English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset
