The Assay software engineer is a member of the CREATE sphere (R&D, Menu development).
Assay development requirements of R&D and IVD. This includes definition of methods and data treatment algorithms and documentation.
Can act as Assay software Project owner (Scrum) and planning coordinator
Works as a member of a team, is responsible for organizing own time and resources in an optimal fashion. Prioritizes assigned projects and manages time accordingly. Is able to handle more than one project simultaneously.
Software engineer, Master in (Bio-)Informatics, Applied Mathematics with interest in life sciences or Master in (life) Science discipline with 2 5 years’ experience in programming
Experience with several scripting or programming languages. Experience with LUA is a plus.
Experience with software for IVD development (regulatory compliance, validation) is a plus
Experience with agile software development is a plus
Capability to analyze R&D and IVD assay components and to translate this into Idylla scripting.
