Job Description

Service Delivery Manager
As a service Delivery Manager your responsibility is to plan and ensure the execution of the infrastructure piece of IT projects within set timelines and budget. You will also ensure compliancy with the agreed design for the infrastructure solutions until their release in production and manage smooth handover to operations department teams.

Responsibilities:
Define and manage the infrastructure request and related, planning, budget, risks, resources, dependencies and quality in close collaboration with the internal clients and both internal and external suppliers.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the infrastructure solution by integrating both IT and business resources, until successful project transition towards Operations.
Under the supervision of the Project Manager, prepare NDRFs (infrastructure request form) and manage fixed price contract execution as committed.
Report on the progress of infrastructure implementation to the related Project Manager.
Build strong relationship and trust with IT Architect, Technical Analysts and the Operations teams in order to allow a smooth building and deployment of infrastructure solutions.

Background:
The ideal candidate has a university degree in exact sciences (preferably IT) or has gained equivalent knowledge by relevant work experience
At least 10 years of experience as an IT Technical project manager, preferably in an IT infrastructure area. Track of successful project implementations.
Have successfully ended large and/or complex infrastructure project implementations, including fixed price projects and/or 3rd party sub contractors.
Experience in working in a Matrix organizational structure
Broad experience in working with tools as MS Project; Excel
Master English and are at least conversational in Dutch or French

Excellent organizer, strong tracking and follow-up skills, correct though persistent.

Disciplined and correct project reporting into the existing tools
